Since 2012, Cheese Berlin has been one of the most important events for artisan cheeses. Every year, together with author Ursula Heinzelmann, we gather cheese makers, affiners and specialist dealers from all over Germany, Europe and beyond in the Markthalle Neun in Kreuzberg. Here people meet for whom cheese is much more than just a treat – cheese is a means to understand and shape the world.
An exciting program accompanies the market: Heinzelcheesewalks, Meet the cheese tastings, the Meet the Cheesemaker stage and a lot of professional exchange.
The Cheese Berlin brings visitors closer to the diversity and peculiarities of handcrafted cheese and enables direct contact between producers and consumers. As a point of contact for an interested professional audience, Cheese Berlin offers space for exchange and networking.
