The cheese festival, which takes place in the middle of September, gathers the best cheese makers, cheese lovers and other gastronomads.
The Annual Cheese Festival takes place in the fairy tale surroundings of Svetvincenat, Istria every September. The best cheese makers in the region gather with cheese producers large & small to present their products to an appreciative audience – a nice selection of local wines is also on offer to complement the various cheeses. During two days, visitors can see the already traditional Istrian Sheep Show and the selection of miss and mister goat as part of the festival.
